Minimal conformance with this specification requires the following:
The GetCap and GetData Operations shall be supported.
The XML document sent as an Operation request must be valid against the appropriate XML schema in Appendix A, FISH XML Schema (Normative). This validation may be performed by any XML validation tool
All clauses in the normative sections of this specification that use the keywords listed in Section 6.1, “Normative Verbs” have been satisfied.
The FISH toolkit Project will aim at a future stage to provide a conformance validation tool. This will validate the contents of MIDAS data and the operation of third party HEEP services.
