Midas XML consists of ten schema. The primary ones refer to the main Midas units: Monuments, Events, and Resources. The supporting schema are included in these, but can be used separately in other schema if required.
midas_actor: the actor (person and organisation) element
midas_artefact: the artefact element [DEPRECATED]
midas_common: commonly used, included groups
midas_craft: the craft (aircraft and watercraft) element
MIDAS_EVENT: primary Event schema
midas_metal: the meta element, used to record metadata for midas records
MIDAS_MONUMENT: primary Monument schema
MIDAS_REFERENCE: primary reference ("source" or "archive") schema
midas_spatial: the spatial element
midas_temporal: the temporal element
midas_casework: the casework (management) element
midas_object: the new replacement for the old artefact element
